
Victoria Gaona
Legal Assistant
Victoria Gaona brings a strong background in research and advocacy to her role as a Legal Assistant at Kloss, Stenger, & Gormley LLP. Her experience supporting communities that are underserved, combined with her academic and social work field training, allows her to assist the firm with professionalism and care.
Prior to joining the firm, Victoria completed internships at the Western New York Law Center and Catholic Charities’ Immigration and Refugee Assistance Program. At the WNY Law Center, she assisted clients facing housing insecurity and consumer exploitation, while at IRAP she worked closely with refugee populations to develop resource guides and connect clients to essential public services.
Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Niagara University, with minors in Sociology and Law & Jurisprudence. She is a member of Delta Epsilon Sigma, Phi Alpha Honor Society, and Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society. In 2025, she was recognized as the NASW-NYS Western Division Social Work Student of the Year.
