Jeremy Colby

Attorney

Jeremy Colby is an experienced litigator that has handled complex cases in state and federal court. Mr. Colby’s private practice includes but is not limited to, appeals to the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and certiorari practice in the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Colby has previously served as the Erie County Attorney. As the Erie County Attorney, Mr. Colby successfully resolved a jail conditions lawsuit filed by the United States Department of Justice. He also represented the county and its elected officials in high-profile matters in federal court.

He also serves as General Counsel to Niagara University.
