
Christopher Bopst

Christopher Bopst is an award-winning attorney who has handled litigation of all types in state and federal courts for clients ranging from small closely held corporations to Fortune 500 companies. He also handles corporate and transactional work, including real estate, asset and stock purchases, as well as trusts and estates for individuals of varying net worths.
Prior to coming to Kloss Stenger Gormley LLP, Mr. Bopst was a partner in large law firms in both Buffalo and Florida. Mr. Bopst is a prolific author, having co-authored multiple books about the New York and U.S. Constitutions. He chairs the New York State Bar Association’s Committee on the New York State Constitution and is the President of Canisius College’s Desmond Law Society, a group consisting of all lawyers and judges who attended that institution.
Mr. Bopst is a frequent participant on local and state news and radio about legal issues.
